Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support on administrative responsibilities to the Executive Director. The Executive Assistant is required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees and the public.
Support workers report to the designated supervisory staff. Support workers are responsible for providing supportive services and a safe environment for the clients in the home. This is a part-time position and will only be scheduled as needed.

The Senior Environmental Monitor will be responsible for interpretation of Environmental Assessments done by proponents and Environmental contractors. Interpretation of OLCN Environmental site visits by groups such as Elders and Youth, Land users such as hunters and harvesters of medicines, etc.

Elders Program Assistant will assist the Coordinator to ensure that the needs of all our Onion Lake Elders (65+) are met. They shall make home visits to Elders living both on and off reserve and ensuring and assessing that Elder Abuse is not happening. The assistant will assist in coordinating, fundraising, and planning an Elder’s trips as well as provide Elder’s activities weekly or monthly.
