The Associate Director supports the Director of Technical Services by implementing strategies, overseeing operations, leading staff, managing relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting departmental decision-making.

Lead the development and management of Onion Lake Cree Nation’s Asset Management Program, creating systems to inventory, track, assess, maintain, and plan for Nation-owned assets. Build and maintain GIS databases and mapping systems using ESRI products, conduct field verification of infrastructure and assets, and ensure records accurately reflect site conditions.

The Technical Services Administrator provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Technical Services Department. Working closely with the Director, project staff, Finance Department, consultants, contractors, and vendors, this role supports departmental operations and capital projects.
