The Executive Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Fire, Rescue & Peacekeeper Department. This position is responsible for managing correspondence, records, meeting documentation, office operations, travel coordination, and reporting functions while maintaining confidentiality and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the department.
