Executive Assistant to CEO

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO.

HR Administrator

The Human Resource Administrator performs a range of duties supporting program managers and HR senior staff. This includes administering pension and benefits plans for all employees, and providing support to the Human Resource department in areas such as payroll, policies, training, recruiting, and participation in the onboarding and outboarding process.

Onion Lake Health Center is seeking to fulfill the position of Medical Transportation Data Clerk. The Medical Transportation Data Clerk is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of daily procedures; enforcement of medical transportation policies of OLHBI and the terms of conditions of the Medical Transportation Directive of the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, Health Canada

Child Care Workers (Casual-Part Time)

The Care Worker will assist with the ongoing development of the children. They will provide supervision and personal care based on the needs of the children, while abiding by provincial legislation, policies, and procedures, along with the Onion Lake Health Board Inc. Policy Manual. This is a casual position and will only be scheduled as needed.
