The OLCN Public Works Department is seeking applications to fulfill a full-time sewer truck driver position. This individual is responsible for sewage collection services to ensure that resident's sewage is transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner. The driver must work outside in extreme cold and heat. The driver is also constantly exposed to unpleasant sights and smells.

This role works independently on assigned tasks, supports month-end and year-end close processes, and assists senior accounting staff with analysis, reconciliations, and compliance.
Support Worker - Ekweskeet Healing Lodge
The Support Workers will provide client care and ensure client safety according to Ekweskeet Healing Lodge Policies and Procedures; as well as perform heavy janitorial duties. Support Workers will provide a stable relaxed, safe environment for clients, maintaining general safety and security. Attend and support clients with weekly NA and AA meetings. Transport clients to community functions.
Maintenance Personnel - Maintenance & Operations
The Maintenance Personnel will ensure all facilities under OLHBI are safely maintained to the highest level of operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the maintenance personnel is responsible for overall building maintenance, repairs, installations and support for all building systems and operations.

The Inclusive Catalyst supports teachers in creating inclusive learning environments by modelling instructional strategies, co-teaching, mentoring staff, and coordinating supports for students. The position works collaboratively with educators to build classroom capacity and promote student success through inclusive education practices.
Administrative Assistant to the Principal (Secretary)
The Administrative Assistant to the Principal provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of Eagleview School. Responsibilities include managing office communications, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, assisting students, staff, and visitors, and supporting the Principal with daily administrative tasks in a professional and confidential manner.
Case Manager
The Case Manager will be the communication link between the Referring Agencies and families. The Case Manager provides written quarterly case conference reports, sets up case conference meetings, facilitates admission conference for new clients, and provide a written risk assessment report upon admission. The Case Manager establishes goals for the youth and ensures goals are achieved.
Livestream Supervisor
Livestreaming Supervisor plans, coordinates, and delivers livestream coverage of OLCN events. Supervises production crew, manages equipment and schedules, ensures high-quality audio/video, supports training, and works with departments to share community stories professionally. Maintains records, safety, confidentiality, and cultural respect.
Receptionist/Dispatcher
The Onion Lake Public Works department is currently seeking applicants to fulfill the position of the receptionist/dispatcher. This individual is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. This includes managing the operations of the front desk and providing support in a fast-paced, high-call-volume office environment. Reports to Director of Public Works.
