The Administrative Assistant/ Programmer will assist the Coordinator with administrative duties; provide ongoing support and respond as needed to clients in school. The Admin Assistant/Programmer will be part of a team that will continue on-going development of the Child & Youth Care Home programming through continual learning, creative thinking and culturally relevant activities.
Home Fire Empowerment Facilitator (4)
The Home Fire Empowerment Facilitator provides culturally grounded, in-home and community-based support to First Nation families. Through mentorship, advocacy, parenting support, and connection to resources, this role helps strengthen family wellness, promote safe home environments, and support positive outcomes for children, caregivers, and communities.
Fleet Coordinator
The Fleet and Assets Coordinator reports to the OLCN Director of Administration and oversees the maintenance, scheduling, tracking, and efficiency of fleet vehicles and organizational assets. The role ensures vehicles and assets are safe, compliant, maintained, and available to support departmental operations by coordinating with staff, drivers, vendors, and service providers.
Community Buildings Maintenance Personnel (2)
The Community Buildings Maintenance Personnel is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the Community Buildings within Onion Lake Cree Nation. Maintenance will be involved in the planning for preventative maintenance needs, inventory and preparing cost estimated for repair and maintenance. Ensure that hazards are identified, and work orders are completed in a timely manner.
First Nations Representative Manager
The First Nations Representative Manager leads the Onion Lake Cree Nation First Nations Representative Program, overseeing staff, program operations, budgeting, reporting, and community partnerships. This role advocates for First Nations children, youth, and families, ensuring culturally grounded, family-centered services and compliance with program and legislative requirements.

Onion Lake Sports, Culture & Recreation is seeking a full-time Sport Development Coach to support athlete and team development across minor sports programs. Reporting to the Minor Sports Coordinator, this role delivers skill development training, coaching support, and sport programming while fostering athlete growth, community engagement, and a positive recreation experience.
Maintenance Personnel (4)
Onion Lake Sports, Culture & Recreation is seeking four full-time Maintenance Personnel to support the safe operation and upkeep of community recreational facilities. Reporting to the Arena Manager, this role is responsible for arena operations, ice maintenance, facility repairs, groundskeeping, equipment operation, and janitorial duties to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained recreation spaces
Director of Human Resources (1-Year Term)
The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational support to advance Onion Lake Cree Nation’s workforce goals. Reporting to the CHRO, this role oversees HR programs, policy implementation, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development while fostering a positive, efficient, and inclusive workplace.
RN/LPN (2) - Detox
RN/LPN (Permanent Part-Time) – Provide nursing care and support to clients in a detox setting, including assessments, medication administration, withdrawal management, health education, and crisis intervention. Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to promote safe, high-quality care. Experience in addictions and mental health is an asset. (24–32 hours/week)
Support Worker (3) - Adult Support Home
Provide person-centered support to clients in a residential setting, assisting with personal care, wellness, recreation, and daily living activities. Maintain a safe environment, complete documentation, and work collaboratively with families and care providers. Requires strong communication skills and experience supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities.
Child & Youth Care Worker (2) - Child & Youth Home
Support children and youth in a group home setting by providing supervision, mentorship, transportation, and daily care. Assist with life skills development, behavioural support, documentation, and case planning while promoting a safe, stable, and culturally respectful environment. Must be flexible for varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. (24–32 hours/week)
