Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and administrative support in a confidential, fast-paced, and strategic environment.

We are currently accepting applications for (1) Post-Secondary Summer Student Employment Coordinator Position. This position will run from May 4th to to August 26th 2026.

Elders Program Assistant will assist the Coordinator to ensure that the needs of all our Onion Lake Elders (65+) are met. They shall make home visits to Elders living both on and off reserve and ensuring and assessing that Elder Abuse is not happening. The assistant will assist in coordinating, fundraising, and planning an Elder’s trips as well as provide Elder’s activities weekly or monthly.
