The Home Fire Empowerment Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for in-home family support services within Onion Lake Cree Nation. This role supports family wellness by supervising staff, promoting safe and healthy home environments, and coordinating culturally respectful, trauma-informed services in collaboration with community partners and agencies.

The Nâpêwak Empowerment Coordinator leads and supports culturally relevant prevention and empowerment programs for men, boys, youth, parents, and families within Onion Lake Cree Nation. This role works closely with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and service providers to promote positive outcomes, strengthen families, and support community wellness.

The Oskāyak Empowerment Coordinator oversees the coordination, supervision, and delivery of youth hub programming for Onion Lake Cree Nation. This role ensures programs are culturally grounded, safe, and responsive to youth needs while supporting wellness, culture, education, leadership, and healthy lifestyles in collaboration with community partners.
