The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, financial, and operational leadership to support Prevention programs and services. This role oversees office operations, supervises administrative staff, manages budgets and financial reporting, and ensures compliance with organizational and funding requirements while maintaining efficient, confidential, and high-quality service delivery.

The Oskāyak Empowerment Worker delivers youth hub programming and supports youth through mentorship, structured activities, and positive relationship-building. This role promotes wellbeing, culture, education, and healthy development while creating a safe, welcoming, and culturally grounded environment for youth in the community.
