Responsibilities:
• Maintain office files. Type, format, copy, distribute, file, & retrieve correspondence & documents.
• Assisting with keeping track of reporting deadlines for programs.
• Assisting with appointments and travel arrangements including hotel, travel forms, etc.
• Provide support to OLMH Board by assisting with minutes and related items.
• Complete inventory for OLSR on all the equipment, jerseys, etc.
• Prepares, gathers, and relays confidential information and material on a regular basic.
• Attend sport tournaments, Summer/Winter games, when directed.
• Attend community event planning meetings including setting up booths and forums.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma required.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of Office procedures and practices including record keeping.
• The ability to work independently is a definite requirement.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license, own vehicle, and must be willing to travel.
• Clear criminal record check with the vulnerable sector.
