Must have knowledge:
And to demonstrate land-based pedagogy or outdoor education program coordination.
Proven experience in curriculum writing and educational program development.
Strong understanding of a specific local culture and its protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, respectful relationships within the community, especially with Elders and youth.
Preferably:
Fluency or advanced proficiency in the nēhiyaw language is highly valued and considered a significant asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Experience working with relevant governing bodies or educational institutions in Saskatchewan.
