Must have knowledge:
- To demonstrate land-based pedagogy or outdoor education program coordination.
- Proven experience in curriculum writing and educational program development.
- Strong understanding of a specific local culture and its protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build strong, respectful relationships within the community, especially with Elders and youth.
Preferably:
- Fluency or advanced proficiency in the nēhiyaw language is highly valued and considered a significant asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with relevant governing bodies or educational institutions in Saskatchewan.
