Employment Information

Responsibilities: 

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. 

• Prepare cheque requisitions and follow up on outstanding payments. 

• Ensure proper documentation is collected and maintained for audit purposes. 

• Assist with project reporting 

• Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets. 

• Support the department with other administrative duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 

• Experience in accounting or finance support role. 

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Xyntax 

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
