Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet goals.
  • Manage projects risks, issues, and changes using appropriate tools and strategies.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks. 
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain documentation, including reports, logs, and project records.
  • Ensure OLCN interests are a priority on all aspects of every project.
  • Abide by and enforce the OLCN tendering policy.
  • Attend regular project meetings and provide reports and updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred.)
  • Proven working experience (3-5 years) in project management. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with  project management software tools (e.g, Asana, Jira, MS Project, Trello.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
